Taylor
Taylor Swift has become a rare pop phenomenon: A celebrity who has strayed from traditional music into pop culture and became the pop icon of the future that will last forever and conquering all of the world. Swift removed the influences of country in the sense that they had been added as an extra layer of skin and revealed she was one of the finest singers/songwriters from the generation she was born into. Swift could make the occasion personal, or use the moment to benefit. Her talents could be seen in her earliest tracks, notably the neodue Tim McGraw. But on the second album Fearless that came out in 2008, she discovered who she is and find a wide audience. The album was a huge success, not just on American soil, with six platinum-certified singles. The Top Ten songs Love Story and You Belong with Me were the main reasons for this. However, it did exceptionally well throughout the world. Swift managed to build upon her success with Speak Now almost two year following. The next three years, her popularity grew with the release of three albums -three times - Red (2012), Reputation (2014) as well as 1989 (2014-2015) -- as she entered a new realm of pop with her skills already well established. In the end, when she refocused her music with the stripped-down releases of 2020, folklore and Evermore however, she remained on top. It was a position that was confirmed through re-recordings of her previous catalog, as well as Midnights, her synth-heavy chart-topping 2022 album.
