Fawn Mckay

Fawn Brodie McKay was born on September 15, 1915, was raised in Ogden Utah. Fawn MacKay was born into the Mormon Church's founding family, utilised her amazing abilities as a writer and her formidable abilities to research in order to produce the psycho-historical biographies about Joseph Smith. The book called No Man is a Master of My History was published in 1945. The title came from a funeral sermon delivered by the founder of the Church of Latter-Day Saints in 1844. He shocked those he addressed with the words"You don't know me" you never knew my heart. My past is not known to anyone. I'm not able to tell my story. Fawn 29, a woman of 29 years old, said: "Since that moment of honesty at least three scores writers have risen to the challenge." Some have attacked him, others have praised him, some have even experimented with clinical diagnosis it is not just that the documents do not exist, but it is rather that they're wildly contradictory. The process of collating these documents--of sifting first-hand account from third-hand plagiarism of fitting Mormon and non-Mormon accounts into a mosaic that makes plausible historical claims. This is fascinating as well as an eye-opener. Such was the task to which Fawn Brodie put her professional energy into. The results of her study as well as her writing earned her world-wide fame: Thaddeus Stevens. The Scourge of Southern (1959) The Devil Drives. Thomas Jefferson. The intimate Histories (1974), and Richard Nixon.
